Scott is an associate attorney who was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1994 and the State of Rhode Island in 2007 and he is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in both states. Scott is also admitted in the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Scott has a general practice that includes representing our clients in civil and criminal matters, including complex commercial and construction disputes, commercial and business transactions, residential and commercial closings, divorce and family court matters and probate court matters.
