Appeals in Federal and State Court
The Firm handles all aspects of litigation including appeals in both the State and Federal Courts. Appellate advocacy requires knowledge of the law and the ability to communicate that knowledge to convince the court that the client's legal position is correct. L&L's attorney's have appeared in the Rhode Island Supreme Court, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Appeals Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
